I am a Broker Associate/REALTOR® with Bailey Properties in Aptos, CA (Santa Cruz County, California).

Prior to joining the Bailey Team I owned my own Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management Company for over 7 years.

I sell single family homes, condos, duplexes, land, mobile homes, investment properties and commercial. Whatever the real estate challenge, bring it my way!

A little bit about me:

I have sold over 60 properties in 7 years while running my own brokerage at the time.  In 2019 I won the prestigious Rising Star award for over 20 million dollars of sales volume.  I have very deep relationships with my real estate peers in my market and with vendors of every kind for all things real estate.

I am both a listing agent and a buyer’s agent. When listing your home for sale, I roll up my sleeves and do everything it takes to get the property ready for sale as quickly as you are ready to do so. 

I am also a successful real estate investor who has had 10 of my own Real Estate transactions in 15 years, buying low and selling high. 

I have a great eye for property/staging and recommendations for how to get top dollar for your home on the sell side. I recreationally stage houses, saving my clients significant money on improving the marketability of a property.

Buyers, I know the strategies for buyers to get you into the home of your dreams at the right price and the best terms.  I will work tirelessly for you. 

I am a busy mother of 2, and dog lover. I enjoy music and the outdoors.

I am fluent in German and have been to over 20 countries, I love new experiences and people.
